Refund & Return Policy

At Northern Aminos, we take pride in the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every order. Due to the nature of the items we sell, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds.

All Sales are Final

Due to the sensitive, perishable, and research-grade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including:

  • Incorrect product ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Opened or used products

  • Concerns regarding product use or efficacy

Exceptions — Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Incomplete

  • Incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:

  1. Your order number

  2. A description of the issue

  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the situation and, if eligible, issue a replacement shipment or refund at our discretion.

3.Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:

  • Product arrived damaged or unusable

  • You received the wrong item

  • An order was placed in error and canceled before shipping

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e-transfer) within 3–5 business days.

4.Chargebacks and Fraudulent Claims

We do not accept chargebacks. Any unauthorized or fraudulent disputes will be contested and reported. Customers who file false claims may be permanently banned from future purchases.
